Alright, so. I'm currently at Kohl's in desperate need of a bra. I know I should just go get fitted, but I'm so shy!! So I was wondering if maybe you guys could suggest some things!
A 34 band size is too big, but a 32 band size is too small. A C cup is too big, but a B cup is too small! I feel like I'm just in between everything, but I just really want something to fit!!

Oh, I know you're right! I've just got problems with crying at everything (a curse that runs through my family), so I'm afraid I'll work myself up and freak the fitter out with sobbing!!

Bras do vary in size so you should go to a few different stores and try loads of bras in various sizes. It sounds like you are getting the width wrong so maybe try a 32 c as the cup size increases with the band size. Hope you get it sorted!

It could be a good idea to go to Victoria's Secret to get fitted. You can buy one there if you want, but you'll at least get a feel for how it should fit and then you can apply that to when you're shopping at a different store.

Toribeth - Oh, I had no idea it increased with the band!
Robyn - I suppose I'll just have to suck it up then! :S

Yep. 32 C. If you go up in cup size go down in band. Like I can wear a 34A or a 32B.

I'm a 32 d or a 34 c. I'd suggest grabbing a bra of each size 32 c and 32 b and then 34 c and b and see which fits best =] it's should fit snugly around your rib cage and if the bra looks like its riding up your back you probably need a smaller band size. Hope this helps!

Ah, thanks so much guys! I've been ignoring trying to get a good fit for so long that I never knew any of this!!
