Do you store them the top or the bottom? What's the better way so they don't dry out thanks.

I have a few NYX gel liner jars and it says on the jar to store them upside down to prevent them from drying out. I'm not sure why it works, but it does. :)

I keep my in a dry cool place and store them upside down. Haven't had any dry out yet.
