Is it bad or ineffective to use anti-aging before you have wrinkles?

You should start early! It's never to early to prevent aging.

Well it definitely can't hurt but I think wrinkle preventative measures are what you want to focus on. Plenty of water, sunscreen, no smoking, loss up on antioxidants.

If your older than 25 it's good to start. If younger you shouldn't really use it. Your skin is still producing collagen. If you use them they could stop the production of collagen and you could get wrinkles earlier than time. Like Tara said water sunscreen and no smoking.

Totally agree with Tara. Lots of water and sunscreen daily is key. Also a good diet.

Preventive measures should be in place for everyone regardless of age (sunscreen, antioxidant serum, no smoking and eating a well-balancec diet). Once you hit the mid 20's then start looking into an anti-aging regime. I'm 39 and following the basics from the beginning has served me well.
