Try a Malibu treatment for chlorine. You can do it at salons usually or Sally beauty supply has it. It pulls chlorine out of your hair. You'll need a plastic cap and possibly blow dryer to put heat on it, but then follow up with a good conditioner and that should help.

My hair was the same way after I had ombred it from dark brown. If you lather olive oil into the straw dead parts of your hair and leave it in for about 10 to 15 minutes then wash it out for about a week straight you will see a change. Also try and use Hydrated Moisture hair masks for dry and damaged hair after washing! After doing both my hair was back to normal in about two weeks! Good Luck

Always apply any oil of your choice (I prefer coconut oil) and a little conditioner. This will allow the water to glide off your hair while swimming!

Lots of hot olive oil treatments. Mayo and some olive oil work to. Whatever you do try your best to avoid any heat to your hair. And no dyes whatsoever

For repair, use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends.

Well you should get a trim first and I also recommend you argan oil from pro naturals which is really good for hair, helps to repair it and keeps it soft and healthy.
