I don't usually have time to put makeup on before I leave the house on weekdays (between doing a full face and 10 mins extra in bed, bed wins hands down!) so I usually only wear makeup on weekends anyway. On weekdays I'm lucky to get mascara and lipgloss on :)

I go a few weeks sometimes too. I get burnt out on it and take a break then when I go back I feel more inspired to do a different look. One thing I have noticed about me is that if I don't practice with makeup I forget and its like having to start over on my skills again. Does anyone else have that problem?

@Tara. I have the same problem with liner and lipstick. I stop wearing and my hands arent as steady and takes much longer to do. Like right now I am back into putting on makeup and it takes 30 minutes just for eyes!!

I never wear makeup to school. I only wear it with my boyfriend. Ever since I stopped wearing it everyday my acne has cleared up and my skin is soft and smooth.

Well, I only use makeup at weekends cause at my school we have uniforms and we can't use makeup; and its a relief cause I've seen that woman that constantly are wearing makeup get aged very quickly :(

I went without for the first 27 or so years of my life, lol. Nowadays I can go however long without it, but I put it on every chance I get bc I love the artistry of it. I want to keep learning more techniques too!!

I feel like I'm the only one on this thread who's about to say this: I pretty much don't go a day without make up, ever. I never leave the house without something on, purely because I'm ridiculously insecure about it. The only times I go without make up for a whole day is if I literally don't leave the house. Though if I'm not working, but I know I have to go grocery shopping, ill leave it as late as I possibly can before I go anywhere so that my skin has maximum breathing time. Sad I know but true!

@lexiijade I used to be like you but I changed so have faith in yourself that one day you will look at your bare face and say, you know what, I look ok.
These days I always wear makeup to work (I sell makeup s it's a cardinal sin not to have any on) but I relish a day off when I can walk around bare faced. I sometimes dream of working from home and being barefaced and in my pajamas for my entire work day. #pipedreams
