Step 1: get seriously motivated! Your not going to stick to your plan if you arent committed! Step 2: get a plan. Depending on your body type you might need to workout more or diet more. Search around and figure it out! Step 3: drink water! Take your weight, divide it by 2, and thats how many ounces of water you should drink daily. If you way 100 pounds drink 50 ounces of water a day( though if you way 100 pounds you shouldnt be dieting!!) Step 4: don't confuse hunger with thirst! Drink a glass of water before and after you eat and you will notice the difference in how hungry you are. Step 5: Exercise! Walk, run, lift weights, use the elliptical, or whatever it is you do. At least 30 minutes a day find time to do something. Step 6: get a hobby! Sometimes when I'm bored I just eat a bunch of food if I'm not even hungry. So instead of binging I just do a lot of beauty related things like do my nails, braid my hair, make a facial mask or hair mask, and I get like really into decorative projects. Step 7: have a realistic goal! You probably won't loose 20 pounds in just a week! And weighing yourself isnt even that affective because if your exercise you gain muscle. So measure yourself with a tape measurer instead.
