You can try tea tree oil as a spot treatment for your pimples. In general you may need to change your face care and Makeup routine for summer, since the skin tends to be oilier. Go for normal to oily skin type face care regimens and go light on the makeup (makeup is summers worst enemy) I usually stick to a tinted moisturizer and concealer!

No make up. use a higher end cleasner at night with some medicine. ask at Ulta. do not wash face with soap in morning. just warm, not hot, water. if your dry use aquaphor at night. good luck. it will get better!

I had same problem few years ago. I would definitely recommend using SPF moisturiser. Of course don't forget to use toner after your face wash. Having separate face towel helps as well.
