Acne Trouble Please Help!!

Well I pretty much cleared up my face but I have like 4 pimples on the edge of my chin and I didn't touch them and they turned into brown bumps I put clean and clear spot treatment cream and nothing works please help what can I put on it should I put lemon juice??

Lemon juice doesn't really work. I suggest:
Hydrogen peroxide
Baking soda and water
Or a better spot treatment
If you pick it (I don't suggest it, but maybe you will in desperation) aloe Vera 
Ice
