The tops of your cheekbones, bridge of your nose, under the brow bone, inner tear duct of both eyes, and the Cupid's bow (the "v" shape in the middle of your upper lip). You don't need to put it on all of those places - just the ones you wish to brighten and accentuate. Best of luck! Play around with it until you figure out the features on your face that look best when highlighted.
