Aimee: some people have problem, sensitive, oily or dry skin based on their genetic makeup. Regardless of how great your skin care routine is, you may end up with a pimple or two once in a while. Same goes for dark under eye circles. You shouldn't just assume that just because people feel they need foundation, it means they're skin care routine isn't good.

In Scotland I can only find one store that sells mac and it's an hour away, so I don't know how close a store will be to you, but mac prolong wears great! It lasts all day, I can wear it swimming and to the gym and it doesn't slide :)!
