With the blonde hair, your face looks softened and romantic, but it does make you look a little pale...black edges your look and your face and adds more definition to the face...but I can't decide..I love both haircolours on you! Maybe something totally new? :D.

Black is always better :) I don't know what your natural hair color is but dying hair blonde most of the time includes bleaching it to some extent. with black you're just adding pigment to your hair rather than taking it away. so not only do you look better in black, it is also healthier for your hair. btw (depending on your natural hair color) black is a lot easier to upkeep than blonde. hope this helped!!
