I'm about to use tanning lotion for the first time and I'm afraid it will get streaky or turn me orange, any tips you wish you knew before you used tanning lotion? (The brand of tanning lotion is jergens)

It's recommended that you exfoliate before you use any tanning lotion!

Just make sure when you put it on that you rub it in very well or else it will be streaky. Don't use too much at one time put a little on and the next day see how it looks before using again! Make sure wash your hands after applying it or your hand will turn orange

Is it Jergen's natural glow?

Me too, Danielle. :]
Of it's Jergen's Natural Glow, then there's nothing to worry about. I'd say just exfoliate and shave if you need to. Then use the lotion. It doesn't streak at all which is great! :) I use it everyday. Just make sure to wash it off your palms or else they'll turn orange lol. I know from experience.

Make sure you rub it in evenly! It won't show right away if you don't but in a few days it might get blochy!

Take a shower and exfoliate first. Always take your time and wash your hands good after(:

For sure exfoliate prior to application. I recommend Kate Somerville Towelettes but they are a little expensive. For a good OTC tanning product I like Loreal (so?) puts out a nice box of towelettes that work great. I used them last summer. Like $8.99 per box.

Rub in circular motions and don't miss any spots lol. Also exfoliate before hand and don't apply anything to the skin before you use this!
