You should go on YouTube & watch the eyebrow tutorial by "Pala Foxxia". She does a good job on her eyebrows, sorta like the one in the pic.

I outline my eyebrow with a pencil, then I use clear mascara to shape them. When the mascara dries I fill them in with brown powder!

To make a more defined shape you can put some concealer above and below them and blend it in of course :)
