I have naturally curly thick hair but it isn't as curly as it used to be. It just doesn't have life anymore. Should I consider getting a perm? What else can I do? Thanks!

If your hair is naturally curly I wouldn't get a perm, it will kill your curls. If that's how you got your curls then go for it. But do you put a lot of heat to your hair? If so that can be killing your curls. But try getting curl cremes or moisturizers for your hair.

I would say get a trim because a lot of hair can weigh it down.

If your hair has gotten a lot longer it can pull out your curl. Or if you use heat a lot it'll do that!

Diffusers are a big help for curls. Lighter products are good for less weight on hair.
