Any tips for doing a 12 year olds makeup for an event?
Since I usually ask q's, I'll share some of my own tips as well...
-keep it light
-subtle highlighting brings out already flawless skin (usually no need for foundation)
-peachy blush suits many skintones
-if no mascara is used.. curl those eyelashes!

I'm doing a girls makeup -- she wants turquoise eye makeup. I used a chubby eye shadow/liner.. applied it with a brush and then lined the eye (for rehearsal of an event) I'm thinking I'll do the same but tone it down a bit for the actual event since she liked it.
Any other ideas on incorporating a turquoise/aqua eye?
