I really love the Rimmel London Wake Me Up concealer it works well for covering blemishes, spots and I always use it on under eye circles I feel like it makes my eyes look so much more bright and glowy. It really does wake them up :) and isn't expensive either x

Garnier skin renew anti dark circle eye roller. I use this everyday. Its a concealer and eye treatment. Everyone should do an eye treatment everyday...its never to early to start : )

Try l'oreal true match. Its inexpensive and not very thick so it glides on smoothly to the sensitive area around the eyes.

I don't know where you live, but in holland you have a brand called catrice. they have this concealer palette and I'm just buying it a over and over, it's amazing!! and it only costs €3.59 (round well let's say 5 to 5.50$

You really shouldn't get a concealer that matches your skin perfectly, but rather one that is a shade or two lighter than your natural color because it will contour your face and make it glow :)
