I honestly don't think there is a eyeliner that stays in all day considering its touching you wet eye. But I found that gel eyeliner stays on the waterline a lot longer than a twisty-liner or pencil. The Maybelline Gel liner works really well.

Take a clean qtip and sort of "roll" it along your water line to absorb any eye juices (ew lol) before you line it? I've never tried this, the idea just popped into my head.

Stila smudge stick waterproof eyeliner works really good but it's like 20$, I use sephora collection retractable waterproof eyeliner and it works just as good and it's only 12$
