Pleaseeeee help! I recently bought Sun In Hair Lightener but reviews say it will turn your hair reddish orangish but others say it works well. What are other reliable reviews? ( I currently have short dark brown-black hair, it is not color treated)

It will work.. Me my mom and my cusin used it. My hair is blonde and it got blonder my moms is brown and it looked like she got high lights and my cousin haa light brown and the same highlighted effect happened to her :)

I also have dark brown hair. A few years back, I bought Sun-In and literally put like five layers on my hair. With dark brown hair, yes, it turns your hair reddish-orangish, especially after five layers. Also, it is very damaging to your hair, and you can really damage your hair if you try to dye over it. It actually doesn't look so bad (color-wise) but I wouldn't recommend using it.

If you have dark hair it will turn it reddish orange it's made for blonde hair... For your hair cranberry juice mixed with water works well to give you shine and life.
