Although my skin is oily, it gets flaky if I don't use face lotion. What is a good inexpensive one that helps or doesn't make it oilier?

I use VLCC lavang moisturiser for normal to oily skin. And my skin has improved a lot by using it.

I am a HUGE natural & cruelty free fan, so I always go looking for something made with veggies & foliage. I SWEAR by Yes To Carrots- with a main ingredient of carrot! Their daily moisturizer is the bomb and its not even that expensive ($15 or less) I use it everyday and its managed my oil & acne!

I use Simple brand. There's two types - "3 and 2" or "2 and 2"
I use "2 and 2" and it doesn't make me break out. It's cheap, helps with winter dry skin. A little goes a LONG way esp in the summer. I also use it to moisturize my lips and it helps heal them a lot.
