I've herd about pillow cases causing frizzy hair! So maybe look into what kind of fabric helps. I also shower at night and I use its a 10 spray while my hairs wet then I comb it through my hair and I now don't have a problem with it.

Well I apply a hot oil mask all over my hair focusing on the roots and tips...where most of the frizzyness or damaging is and keep it in for an hour (or over night if you want to shower in the morning..) I actually use olive oil instead of the 20-100 dollar treatments and it works just as good :) shampoo abd condition after and generally only once a week or even once a month. hope this helped.

I use tea tree water from Lush and spray it onto my hair brush after a shower and it stays nicely for the day.
