Some my friends have this problem and they usually plait it to tame the curls when they sleep + blow dry it occasionally 😊

Don't go to sleep until your hair is dry or at least mostly dry. Putting it up or in braids is a good idea, just don't do it too tight. Another way to keep your hair smooth is to tie it up with a silk or satin scarf, or even an old t shirt made of a smooth fabric :)

I have curly/frizzy hair too and it can be a real nightmare! If possible try and let your hair dry naturally; maybe try an anti frizz shampoo (John frieda's is good), and if it is wet and you're going to bed, put it in a loose plait :)

After the shower put in moose and anti frizz serum. Scrunch all the way from ends to the roots. When you wake up in the morning dampen it and repeat with moose and serum:)
