Well I don't know exactly what kind of products you're wanting but, I'd day to just keep it as healthy as you can. Which means keep using heat on the minimum (for less split ends). Otherwise, hair will grow as fast as it will grow. But I use Aussies 3 minute miracle deep conditioner and it's supposed to fix damaged hair. So, yeah :) Hope that helped a little.

I use a kariton rich shampoo and conditioner also use cool or cold water when washing your hair avoids split ends and further damaged hair. My hair dresser also told me to get a damp towel a plastic shower cap and deep conditioner. Apply the conditioner and place hair inside shower cap place damp towel in microwave and heat up then wrap around head apply 2 times. I would do it min 2 times a week. Its a deep penetrating conditioner which is great for hair avoid heat if you dye your hair let your hair breathe for about 4mnths after hair coloring avoid bleaching hair and avoid things like gel hair spray ect. Just wash your hair condition towel dry and style how you want it trust me it works
