My Hair Won't Curl!

I really would like to curl my hair sometimes but the curlers that I have tried so far won't curl my hair. My hair is thick but not very and I have sorta oily hair. Any suggestions to which ones might work?

Make sure you're taking small pieces of the hair to curl (not big huge chunks) and turn the heat up. Spraying the hair with either hair spray or curl defining spray might help too. Good luck (:

Yeah take smaller pieces and make sure the iron is hot.

If your hair can't hold curls with heat then you can do like a lot of french braids in your hair ti get mermaid curls or you can put socks... there are many tutorial on youtube to show you :)

Well what I have discover on my hair is when I'm going to curl , I DON't straightens my hair first. If not it would get flat faster. So after I wash , I let it naturally dry and put heat protector than curl and Wallah! Yay curls (:
