Just clean your face its normal to have acne at this time. You can get mud masks too those really help. Btw, baking soda is horrible for your skin

What are you using for your skin care routine now? Em is right baking soda works great for blackheads. My son is 13 & had the same problem. I bought him Alba Acnedote cleanser & astringent it has really helped.

Never use lemon on your skin. Is dangerous and you can get severe burns if you get expose to sun light.
To get rid of blackheads you need a facial cleaning every month. If you can't afford it there are very nice drugstore products specifically for that.
