Moisturize tons! Nails and cuticles, even if your wearing polish it will soak through. Essie makes great cuticle oil and lotion and so does OPI, but if you want something less expensive sally hansen cuticle cream or something organic burts bees lemon cuticle cream is great! also, only file nails in one direction and try to avoid polished that aren't B3F. But, moisturizing really is the best and most important thing to do!
