E.l.f. has a good and affordable line of gel eyeliners, but for regular liquid or retractable pen eyeliner, Jordanna is a good and affordable line at Walgreens for less than two dollars.

The Maybelline eye studio is very good but its around $7-$8. I heard that the E.L.F. is pretty good too, you can try that one out (for $3, thats what I've heard) and if you're not satisfy you can move yourself up! Besides, they are all drugstore products, you don't have nothing to loose(:
I would say play around and have some fun!

Maybelline eye studio is really good, it lasts a really long time too, I've had no problems with pigmentations or fading. Elf's okay, but you have to build it up. Also, jordana's eyeliners aren't gel, but they're really easy to put on, cheap, and there are a lot of colors to choose from.
