I have that liner & I love it. I apply it on my water line. Still makes your eyes appear more open but it isn't harsh like white liner.

I have that liner but I feel like it looks weird on my waterline, it looks like I drew a tan line there. What I need instead is a pale pink eyeliner since the color of our waterlines is a dark pibk.
