If you're willing to order online, look into Coastal Scents 10 pan concealer palette. You can mix to make your perfect shades. Use the lighter concealer to highlight under your eye with before setting it with powder & use the darker shades to contour with before setting with powder.

I love the new NARS Radiant concealer. It's the best I've found for hereditary blue vein dark circles. For eye shadows I'd check out Glamour Doll Eyes or Darling Girl Cosmetics if you're into indie brands or pigments. I've been dying to try the new OCC cream color concentrates. They have two shades that are great for contouring, one taupe and one warm terracotta brown color.
