I love essential oils. Put a little in a hot bath to relax, mix some with warm olive oil for great massages...the smell itself is great amd calming. And a little goes a long way. I keep a little bowl by my bed so I can smell it when falling asleep.

I love essential oil!! My mom has been using them since forever and my favorite dents are lavender, lemongrass, peppermint, and deep blue!! My sister had pink eye and she mixed lavender and some other oil and it went away in one day!:)
