If your dress is red you shouldn't use red eyeshadow a it will be to much I recommend you to use something like this

I agree with Victoria! I would do a dark smoky eye and if you wanted a hint of red I would do a red lip!

I wouldnt do a red lip if it was me. Thats too close to the dress. With doing eyes you have the distance between where the dress starts and your eyes. Not red lips, chin/neck, then red dress. I think a red eyeshadow would be fine, but thats my opinion.
