Drink a big glass of water and eat a protein bar, banana, or just drink a glass of chocolate milk. it makes you feel full & reduces cravings and it always helps me! but if that doesn't help, a little of something won't kill ya. if you're craving a big hot fudge sunday, make a tiiiiny one or share with a friend or family member. women have to deal with many body issues, periods, pregnancy, hormones, menopause, why not treat yourself every now and then?!
