Hey loves, sooo I'm going to Fl. in about two weeks...for the past month or so I've been trying to get in decent shape I've seen some improvement but I feel like there must be some way to speed this up even just a little...the hardest areas for me to lose are my stomach and upper back :/
I'm not trying to lose a great deal but I need to pull it together
The hardest part about this is deff. my eating habits...I know I improved greatly...but it's still a daily struggle lol...
Anyway I'm so anxious about this trip because of a certain someone whom I haven't seen in 2 years! I just want to look but most importantly feel my best because my confidence has been lacking -__-
Any suggestions? I'm open to anything
(except the craze of liquid diets,and not eating lol)
workouts? tips? food suggestions? advice to boost my confidence? lol
I know it maybe sounds a little pathetic...but it is what it is...would really appreciate it <3 :)

Buy a belly burner wrap, I use it all the time I workout and it works wonders. Use it while doing crunches and ab pulse ups. Substitue one of your meals for a green smoothie instead. Hope this helps, good luck.

You can sign up on my Fitness Pal (and download the app). It's a great way to keep track of how much you eat and how much you burn off with exercise. I know it helped me a lot to see everything laid out in front of me. Just make sure you watch your calories (around 1,300 a day) and limit the grams of fat you eat. Start off with cardio (to burn off the extra fat tissue on your body) and then do some cord and back muscle building exercises (so you don't build muscle UNDER the fat tissue). Try push ups, wall push ups, scrunches, sit ups, etc.

I'm like the worst person at exercising ever, so recently instead of trying to actually work out I've just been dancing my arse off haha. Personally I'm really into rave music so it makes a damn good work out and I'll include little exercises into it, the trick is just to keep moving, preferably jumping, for the entire song, jumping to the beat of the music. Search these on YouTube; Angerfist, the best fastest song is 'terror of my speedcore'
anything by dj blend (watch the video n pretty much do what he does)
and also just search house mix or hardcore house mix, honestly best cardio workouts you'll ever do, if you can keep it up throughout the whole song you practically lose a pound in sweat haha =]
