What do you do when your makeup feels icky on your face like its just sitting there? I can't really explain the feeling but I'm sure you probably know what I mean!!

I usually feel like that when I have too much on. I usually just grab a tissue and press it on my face to absorb whatevers excess.

Do you use a primer? it helps with a barrier so it doesn't feel like your leather face! it helps me.

@ellyn I do that since I've run outta blotting papers or don't feel like grabbing my powder puffer at that moment.

I use a primer and setting spray. I think it might be the makeup is heavy, thicker. Wash it off start over, or find a light weight one that feels better for those days ")

Yesterday I felt that way and patted a makeup remover wipe all over, smoothed what was left with my hands and then used translucent powder. It worked a treat!

Anymore suggestions or advice!?

@Melissa I am almost done with the NARS light reflecting translucent pressed powder. I like it, but it is expensive and you might be able to find something similar on the cheapz.

Cheap! Damn you autocorrect!

Ulta doesn't carry Nars, sephora has some. it it still feels heavy I would recommend switching to a mineral foundation :)
