Sooo I got this dress for prom in the picture and I have no idea what I should do for my hair and make up. Please give,advice :)

You can do a smokey eye. Play with shadow colors black and gray and then have like flushed cheeks and light or nude lip color so you won't look overdone :) for the hair, voluminous curls or a big messy updo bun?:)
