I have my first photo shoot this Spring, but in my case the photographer's came to me and asked me to model. It wasn't something I pursued at all, it kind of just fell in my lap. Lol.
I know in America though there are companies like Wetseal (a clothing store) and cosmetics companies like ELF that run model search contests. You can also try pageants, which is your best bet at your age, since the model search contest's are generally for people who are at least 16, an in some cases, 18. In most cases though you'll need a good photographer to take photo's of you so you can put together a modeling portfolio to show to agencies. But, like I said, it'll be a lot harder at your age, and you'll have to have parental consent.
