I am 14, 15 on the 26th. 9th grade. Right now for makeup I wear, mascara, eyeliner on my top eye lid and bottom, sometimes I put on white eyeshadow on my inner eyes that fade into light brown. Right now I feel like I could step it up. What are ways for me to do this? Thank you for helping <3.
