I need a good silicon based moisturizer and primer too match my foundation aand make it last longer suggestions?!

You wouldn't want a silicone based moisturizer. It's going to clog your pores. By a silicone primer, I'm assuming you mean one that can perfect pores and hold down oils. Mister Matt by givenchy is very good. Another one would be the too faced primed and poreless pure.

Monistat chafing relief powder gel - $5 at Walmart. It has very similar ingredients to Smashbox's photo finish primer. And is similar to elfs mineral primer but this is a moisturizer so I prefer this, and its non comedogenic so it doesn't clog your pores at all. :) I promise you will not at all be disapointed using this! Xo.
