The first one had more warm toned colors, and the second more cool tones... I love them both, but warm undertones tend to look better on me... But you really can't go wrong either way...
Oh, and the primer is amazing, out makes a give difference in how the product looks...

The 1st palette is more on the cooler side I think. They have a lot of blue based greys and browns. The 2nd is a lot of warmer based. It's actually completely warm tones.

2! Overall better. Yeah, I wish it would have come with the primer but I still love the second better! The range of colors and sturdy protective case :)

When I was at sephora and I asked the person that worked there she started laughing!! She said If I like golds to get naked 1 and if I liked silvers to get naked 2. I got naked 1 because I like golds better.

I like the 2nd one better. I'd take the primer over the lip gloss but the 2nd palette's colors are better imo
