I like maybellines new master duo liquid eyeliner and I'm kinda new at using liquid and I found that it is a little tricky to use at first but it lasts a long time and won't smear

Try coating an eyeliner/angled brush with liquid liner, it's waay easier than the thin flexy tips! Or try Master Drama by Maybelline, a pen-style cream liner w/ great staying power. :) x

I kinda like the elf, because if it gets in your eye, you don't feel it and it doesn't hurt at all. But it's still a good eyeliner. It's $1 at Target.

I use the wet n' wild liquid liner, I like it but I've never had problems making a straight line regardless of what I use, so I'm not sure how good it is from that perspective.

A liquid liner pen is good if you're just starting out. One with a felt tip works best (elf makes one and I've heard Jordana makes a really good one). If you're just looking for a new liquid liner, I use elf and wet n'wild. They're both cheap but work well.
