I just bought Simple Skincare's soothing facial toner. On the bottle it says, "Apply generously to cotton and wipe in gentle upward movements over skin morning and night." It doesn't say to wash it off, I thought you were supposed to?

Nope- toner is meant to stay on and be absorbed into the skin. :)

Toner isnt supposed to be washed off but it can be very drying so as soon as you done cleansing with your toner use a tissue or clean cotton pad and dab away the excess then apply your moisturiser x
