I have been using liquid eyeliner for years now and I have started using gel eye liner the maybelline one in black and an eye shadow over the top to set it works really well but I was you get a different a different brush to use it like a angled brush or a fine liner brush :) this is how it looks hope it helps.

For liquid liner, the Wet'n'wild H2o Proof liquid liner in black is perfect. But I prefer to dip a small angles eyeliner brush into the bottle instead of using the brush it comes with because it's easier for me. :)

For liquid eyeliner pen, I recommend another wet'n'wild product hahah. It's great as well and SUPER easy to work with, plus it doesn't sweat off or run down your face. Or, you can get the ELF liquid liner pen in black which works just the same :)
