Try shampoo based on hair loss or use biotin vitamins :)

Stop adding hear to your hair such as flat irons or curling iron. Also avoid coloring for a while and deep condition your hair once a week.

Another little fyi..premature hair loss can also be caused from taking certain birth controls, so if you are on anything like that make sure you read the side effects. Birth control also sucks all the vitamins and nutrients out of hair and skin so make sure you take Alot of vitamins such as biotin, fishoil, and iron...hope that helps ;)

If this is something new I would have your thyroid checked talk to your doctor. It could also be stress. Biotin, vitamins & folic acid helps.
