Urban Decay 24/7 pencils are super pigmented and come in a ton of fun, bright colors. They're creamy, glide on super smooth and don't smudge after they've set. They have a lot of bright blues and teals, some greens and purples and a hot pink one. Hope that helps! =)

Urban Decay have a huge range in their 24/7 eyeliners I think like 40 or so colors? they glide on so easily and are very creamy and very pigmented :)

Super cheap but I ordered elf liquid eyeliner in every color and they show up exactly how they look in the bottle it's so pigmented

A lot of eyeliner I've tried are brought when I put on but after they dry it's not as bright and I'm really tired of setting it with shadow. but thanks guys. I might try the Milani ones I've heard there good too.

NYX has a new liquid liners that are super bright. As far as pencils go...can't go wrong with Urban Decay and Make Up For Ever.
