Have you tried smashbox's undereye primer? It's pretty good. And do you use a setting powder?

I use urban decays primer and lime crimes underneath whatever foundation I use with a thick brush to pack on powder underneath!

Put moisturizer on before concealer. Some anti-aging ones for mature skin "plumps" it just enough to smooth out. A good cheap moisturizer with niaminicide (plumps skin) is Cereve AM (not the PM).
I'm 40 years old and have NO wrinkles at all.

I feel your pain! I get creasing big time under my eyes. First I put on my eye cream then I use Benefit's Stay Don't Stray primer before I put on my under eye concealer. I use UDPP on my lids but it's waaaay too thick for under my eyes. The Benefit one is thinner but still has enough oomph to hold onto concealers. Then I use a puff to press powder over everything. I hope you find one that works for you. Good luck!
