Help with dark armpits?

So I had just recently noticed that my armpits are really dark and I'd really like to lighten them before summer. what can I do??

Rub a piece of lemon in urn armpit , let it dry for a while then wash it off. Do this daily , cuz you won't see immediate results

Dove has a deodorant specifically for that. I've used it and it works pretty good.
