Make sure you exfoliate.your back in the shower with an exfoliating cloth or a loofa and remember to finish off your shower with cold.water so you can close your pores. Always moisturize your body after exfoliating.

You can purchase salicylic acid and isopropanol and make around a 2% solution. (98ml isopropanol, 2g acid) rub this into your back and it should be more or less gone in a week. I know it sounds a bit scary but this acid is present in a lot of acne treatments but this way is a lot cheaper. The solution will be very drying and should gently remove the dead skin from your back. You do have to be a bit careful when doing this and I'd recommend you research it a bit more!
