Where does you hair fall now and how short are you thinking? I can't see you with a pixie cut because of your face shape, but if your talking about just to your chin or something then maybe.

Um I can't see how long your hair is or how short your thinking but I think you should keep it how it now cuz of your face shape but you could try a side bang or bangs or maybe layers or you could dye your hair but whatever...

Anyway when I was I dunno around 8 or 9 I was bored of my hair so I got it cut short but I really regretted it after sooo you may want to rethink it.

I will say no to both the short and the blonde. Your face is round, and the hair won't suit you. Also, I would go brown with your hair. Blonde is too light for your skin.
