So whenever I see concealer advertised to cover up tattoos I automatically think it'll be able to solve my dark circle/under eye hollow situation. If it would you would think they'd advertise for that too though, right? Would this look too unnatural on my face? Would I have to cover every inch of my face with it to match?

Tattoo concealed are highly pigmented so they can cover the darkness of a tattoo. Dark circles are better covered with a light or medium weight product so that it looks more natural. Try a little color corrector and then apply a brightening or hi lighting concealer on top. If you still notice some darkness after you set with powder, apply a small amount of concealer directly on the shadow and blend it gently just on that area and then re powder. Make sure your concealer stays "in the lines" when you apply, so that the skin around it doesn't become brighter too and just re create the dark contrast.
