How do I clean the cuticle of my nails really good and will they grow longer?

Use a soft nail brush and scrub gently at your cuticle. After this, apply a cuticle cream and rub it in. Afterwards, use a cuticle stick and push back your cuticles. In my experience, this doesn't really help my nails grow faster, but it may give the illusion of longer nails when they're polished. Hope this helps:)
