Maybelline! Or a better one is the one by SmashBox although its a bit more expensive.

And yes put powder on top so it can be a powder fondation or a mineral correcter.

I have garnier and the olay! I like both. Okay is a bit thicker, but I think garnier has a bit more coverage!

No one has noted that Smashbox is $40. I use Covergirl, and it's alright for my skin, but I don't need a lot of coverage. I'd go with Garnier if you want something under $10, but if you want to shell out $40, go with Smashbox.
